Organised by the Right to Work Campaign during the time of Thatcher's government, several hundred unemployed workers set off from South Wales marching on foot to Brighton in time to make our demands heard outside the Tory Party Conference.

Sleeping arrangements en route were often haphazard and in unconventional venues.
